We are very happy to be running a book swap in support of the Indigenous Literacy Foundation!

Please come along to swap (i.e. take as many or more than you bring) or simply take books in return for a donation to benefit the ILF.

The event will be held at the charming Botanical House Ballarat, at the Lydiard Street entrance of the Ballarat New Cemetery, and the cafe menu will be available.

Leftover books will go to charity and/or a secondhand book shop – anywhere but landfill.

We are very happy to finally be able to run our Great Book Drive, in support of the Indigenous Literacy Foundation!

We had quite a blast the last time we did this, having plenty of conversations about writing, poetry and books with browsers, and even sharing some spoken word.

This time we have fewer restrictions, so folks are welcome to bring books to swap or donate, and of course to simply take! All we ask is for a donation to go to the ILF regardless.

The event will again be held in the gorgeous grounds of the Gatehouse Cafe, at the Lydiard Street entrance of the Ballarat New Cemetery, and coffee and food will be available.
